Payment & Insurance Policy

Effective Date: October 7, 2026

Ridgeview Wellness & Rejuvenation is primarily a self-pay practice for elective aesthetic and wellness services unless a patient is specifically informed otherwise.

Payment

Payment is generally due at the time services are provided unless another arrangement has been agreed to in advance.

Current pricing will be discussed before treatment whenever reasonably possible.

Treatment plans and final charges may vary based on the service selected, clinical assessment, amount of product required, dosage, treatment area, or changes requested by the patient.

Credit Card Payments

As a small local practice, Ridgeview works to keep treatment pricing as straightforward and accessible as possible.

To help offset credit card processing costs, a credit card processing fee of up to 3% may apply to credit card payments.

This fee does not apply to debit cards.

Any applicable fee will be clearly disclosed before payment is completed.

Cash and other available payment methods are welcome.

Insurance

Most elective aesthetic services are not covered by health insurance.

Ridgeview does not routinely submit insurance claims for elective cosmetic services.

Patients are responsible for understanding their own insurance benefits and for charges associated with services provided.

If Ridgeview provides a receipt or other documentation for possible insurance, HSA, FSA, or other reimbursement, Ridgeview does not guarantee that a plan will consider the service eligible or reimburse any portion of the cost.

Prices and Estimates

Website prices, promotional materials, consultations, and verbal discussions are intended to help patients understand anticipated costs.

Pricing may be updated periodically.

When the exact treatment amount cannot reasonably be determined until clinical evaluation, Ridgeview will discuss anticipated cost before proceeding whenever possible.

Refunds

Fees for services already performed, medications or products already administered, and opened or used products are generally nonrefundable except where required by law.

Aesthetic results vary, and dissatisfaction with an expected or desired result does not automatically entitle a patient to a refund.

Ridgeview encourages patients to contact us promptly if they have concerns following treatment so the concern can be appropriately evaluated.
